Welcome to the Downtown Kitchen. We have one goal in mind when we open our doors every day - "To do whatever it takes to create the best dining experience possible.' That means buying certified Angus beef, Ashley Farms chicken, New Zealand Spring lamb, dayboat fish and fresh local produce. We change our menus daily according to market and season availability. Our style of cooking is defined as simplicity at its best. We built the restaurant to elevate the guests' level of comfort. The bar, tables, and booths were custom-made by a local wood worker. And we searched the nation for unique works of Art to deck our walls. Music of Blues and Rock greats fill the air. Service is as important as the food. Our staff is sincere, knowledgeable and friendly. They hustle to deliver the best service around, yet take the time to remember your name and how you like your drink.

We had dinner one Wednesday - while not what I would consider a high end restaurant - they provided a great experience and the value was outstanding. After a couple drinks, two entrees and a dessert our tab was just under $90. The food was very good and well worth the expense. A couple of creative dishes on the menu accompanied by a few items that are more standard fare (steaks, etc). As a side I had some kale with bacon in a cream sauce - unique and delicious. Never thought kale could taste so good! Dessert was a crème brûlée with with cookies and cream added in (not chunks of Oreos) and it didn’t last long. We will be back.

NOT ALLOWED: Beach Flip Flops & Slides, Baseball Caps, Beanies, T-Shirts (only collared-shirts allowed), Sweat Pants & Jogging Pants, Baggy Pants, Shorts with Sneakers, Sweatshirts & Hoodies, Sport Leggings, Athletic / Active Wear, Clothing that is overly exposing, Extreme Short Shorts/Dresses/Skirts.

Our Server, Eddie, did an incredible job. He was exceptional, and I definitely recommended requesting him! We had a lovely dinner, enjoyed the sea bass & lobster, oysters & wonderful cocktails! Lovely evening!

Such a fabulous Birthday dinner at Bask!!!!! Love the ambiance and the food is phenomenal!!!!! We had Caviar appetizer, steak, bronzino, seafood mac/cheese, cornbread, and green beans!! Everything was perfect!!! All the staff is super kind and helpful!! Can’t wait to go back!!!

We loved our server, Isabella…she’s the best!!! Food is wonderful too. Be sure to order the Onion Rings. Steaks, fish, & key lime pie for dessert !!
