The food and service is always great. My only complaint is that temperature of the restaurant is way too warm for us. It’s hard to enjoy your meal when you’re melting. 🫠

Good food but server had a bad attitude and seemed like she was bothered being there. Not too many people there so they may be struggling. Kinda chilly inside and when we asked to turn up the heat, they said they couldn’t because of the wine?

Chamas do Brazil, which means “Flames of Brazil,” is an authentic Brazilian Steakhouse. Our special meat roasting method is based on the old gaucho tradition from several centuries ago, known as churrasco. Churrasco was originated in Southern Brazil, where Gauchos (Brazilian Cowboys) pierced different types of meat and grilled them over open flamed pits. The concept is to serve a wide variety of different cuts of beef, lamb, pork, and chicken to each diner individually right at their table.

A meal typically begins with a trip to our amazing salad bar, which consist of over 60 different items of fresh vegetables, homemade dressings, imported cheeses, cured meat, and etc., along with several hot dishes. We also serve a selection of side dishes at your table. The main course will start when you flip your coaster-sized chip from the red side to the green side, signaling the Gaucho Chefs that you’re ready to be served. To stop the service of meat, flip the chip to the red side.

We have eaten here before- and the service aspect has definitely improved! Ambience and attention to our meal was top-notch. The meat was well-cooked and delivered to our table in an expert fashion. Our waiter was excellent and could not have been more attentive. Good food, great service, awesome value- highly recommend!

This was my first time dining at The Vault and I loved it! The ambience was beautiful and elegant yet relaxed. The menu was extensive with so many delicious options and service was spectacular. After dinner I enjoyed a few more drinks in the Cigar lounge and the service was just a good. I will definitely be coming back !

What truly set this apart was being in close proximity to the chef and owner. Their passion, creativity, and genuine warmth transformed an incredible meal into something absolutely magical. You can feel the love and craftsmanship in every bite, every sip, and every interaction. This is, without question, my favorite restaurant, and I’m already planning to be a regular.
