One of our favorite in Park City for a fun casual dinner. We already get the same thing...the chicken "nacho" style. So much flavor. We really should try other dishes, but we love this one so much. They did change the rice from cauliflower rice to regular rice. I prefer the cauliflower rice because it is a little healthier, but still a great dish with the crispy rice. The margaritas are also excellent. The waitress was excellent...I think her name was Sharon. The manager also came by to check on us...always nice when management is present and talking to customers.

About the restaurant
When long time local Kevin Valaika convinced his brother, Head Chef Robert, to come to Park City thirty years ago, they had one thing on their mind: skiing Utah's famous powder, and combining their many years of experience with Asian cuisine to create a unique dining experience for Park City locals and visitors. Their dream comes to you at Shabu, where they offer a freestyle blend of their favorite Asian cuisine; exciting and nourishing weary skiers from all over the world.

About the restaurant
One of Park City's most popular restaurants, Blind Dog serves comfortable American East Coast influenced cuisine from Chef Penn Kinsey in a casual yet elegant setting. Blind Dog's fantastic staff will warmly welcome you and delight you with an extraordinary selection of jet fresh fish & oysters, dry aged steaks, sashimi, sushi, the ever famous mac and cheese and their quick wit. Reservations are accepted by telephone and online for both of our Dining Rooms and the Patio when Park City's weather is at its best. Please call for patio reservations as it is quite popular. In our more laid back Bar and Raw/Sushi Bar, the a la carte menus are offered with better access to the televised games. Come by, grab a bite, and leave with a smile. We are unable to accept reservations in the Bar areas, as it is first come, first served. Your seat is safe with us.

It was my first time to Blind Dog. It was my husband's second time. He had the meatloaf both times and loved it. It comes with mashed potatoes and creamed spinach. He is not a fan of spinach so he should have asked for a vegetable substitute. I often have a hard time with restaurant menus because I am gluten free and minimize diary. I ordered the Mahi Mahi with coconut grits. It was one of the best dinners I have had out in a very long time. It was outstanding. The fish was perfectly cooked and was a nice size. I took my leftovers home, I loved it so much. Our waitress was very friendly and prompt. Her name started with an M and she was from Vermont. She was great. We will definitely be going back again often this ski season. Can't wait.

We are locals, and this is our favorite restaurant on Main Street. You have to try the Caesar salad. It is the best that we have ever had. The lettuce is so fresh the dressing is remarkable, so lemony and light. The trout and salmon are excellent the horn mushroom appetizer is wonderful and different. A great value, and the service is excellent!

The experience is approachable, fun, and playful, with plenty of family-style shareable snacks. Celebrate the end of the fun-filled day in this energetic space while connecting with friends and family. The menu is inspired by traditional Mexican cuisine.
