I just love this place! Casual dining outside, view of the Elbe, cranes, boats, museum harbor. Very friendly service, wonderful food, lots of traditional dishes such as green herrings, labskaus, roast beef and Bratkartoffeln, rote grütze. Get there by public ferry and afterwards, take a walk by the old houses and a climb up the Himmelsleiter or some relaxing at the little beach.

Die Drei aus dem Quellental In einem heimeligem Fachwerkhäuschen im Grünen mit einem großzügigen, zauberhaften Garten befindet sich das Quellental. Hier bewirten Nils Hopfgarten, André Bode und Patrick Server ihre vielen Stammgäste und jene, die das Quellental neu für sich entdecken. We had a wonderful view of the Elbe with all the excitement of watching the many and varied boats and ships going by against the backdrop of the working port - fascinating. The food was excellent. They did a very good version of the local speciality of Labskaus and my plaice with little Busum shrimps and parsley potatoes was beautifully cooked and presented. The service was friendly and efficient. All in all a great evening.

In March 2020 we moved to the beautiful, old listed redklinker house, Harkortstraße 95.
You can watch the dreamlike sunsets from our terrace in summer.
Let yourself be pampered with one of our 8 freshly tapped beers, or enjoys a great wine or one of our craft beers.
There is also a wide selection of freshly prepared food from fried potato dishes over Burger to Vegan.

We accept reservations only from 8 people and more, please call directly the restaurant at 040 - 385869.
For everyone else, just go over we take you to receive and accompany you to a table.
