The ambience was incredible and the food super delicious! There was a wedding in the upstairs area so that offered great background music. The ambience even without that was incredible. Customer service was 5/5 fabulous!!

I live in San Francisco and am a fine dining foodie - have been to several Michelin restaurants all over the world. Food and service at Cocina de Aurora are very, very good. Really enjoyed all the dishes and cocktails. On par with other amazing restaurants around the world. It is very pricey, especially considering it’s Mexico. But the quality did not disappoint. Our meal was $800 USD with tip (we drank a lot and got the 10 courses). The restaurant and ambiance are beautiful. It was our anniversary and they had a special dessert for us. I love chocolate and needed another bite, they immediately brought me more. Not sure what other reviewers were taking about service being off and flavors lacking — that was not our experience at all. We had a world class meal from start to finish.
