Kick off your evening with some fresh and succulent oysters – the perfect starter for what's in store. Next, you can choose your protein: fish or meat (duck in the autumn/winter season), both of the highest quality.

From there, you'll get to enjoy a series of dishes where each part of the main ingredient is used to the fullest. Be sure to leave room for dessert, too! Great over all, highly recommend!!! My favorite was the short rib, but sampled several of the plates on the table and was impressed by all.
