La historia de nuestra casona y el árbol más grande de la ciudad son sólo el inicio de una experiencia culinaria única en la región. Nuestro chef Gonzalo Nogueira creó platillos exclusivos cocinados casi en su totalidad a las brasas. Sabores ahumados, tatemados e intensos son algunas de nuestras principales características. Nuestro bar dará paso a tragos artesanales que están directamente relacionados con nuestro nombre. Contamos con 3 espacios diferentes para que el comensal pueda contar con nosotros para todo tipo de ocasión. Chef prepares food that is only served here. Very creative and tasty. You will not find this kind of detail to preparation of each dish. The setting is quiet and delightful in the garden!!

Founded in the oldest house of the neighborhood, under an old tree, La Negra is frequently visited by families, retired people, pets, couples, kids, tourist and young local crowd; everyone part of this story since 2015.

• Be punctual, we will save your reservation for 10 minutes.
· Reservations at 6:00, 6:30 and 7:00pm will have a time limit of 2 hours to occupy the table.
· Our ROOFTOP terrace is exclusive for women, or women with their partners/families of adults (F/M 18+). EVERYONE IS WELCOME AT THE GROUND FLOOR.
· At least 50% +1 of your group must be present to give you the table.
· You must leave us a note if there are minors in your group, or if someone has difficulty to use stairs.
· Sorry, we don't accept pets anymore.

We were quickly seated with our reservation. We were greeted by our server and allowed considered time for options. The frog leg appetizer was amazing. I was properly advised on the portion but really could have enjoyed this in a larger portion as my entire meal (with the bread to soak up the olive oil, butter, garlic, and parsley sauce). The cezuela seafood bowl was also tasty. Certainly we will return on our next visit to Vallarta.

This was my third time and my mother’s first time dining at Hacienda San Angel. We both had a magical experience and for me, this restaurant has the highest combination of service, food and atmosphere. Arturo and the entire staff really know how to provide guests with an amazing dining experience! We will definitely return.
