J. Gilbert's is an "upscale casual" steakhouse serving prime-aged beef cooked over a mesquite wood-fired grill. Delicious lunch today. Service was outstanding. Our server, Don, was kind, pleasant, and did not rush us. We love that J Gilbert’s has lunch hours before Christmas. Wish they could do that more often.

Missy is a wonderful server. We started with Spinach and The Wedge salads with a side of shrimp. Entrees were Cheeseburger and rack of Lamb Chops. All the food was AMAZING. Some Tito's and Grey sail Beer made for a FANTASTIC evening. Thank you. we will be back!
