Baci has been one of the top restaurants in Healdsburg since it opened about 15 years ago. The husband and wife team of Shari (Chef) and Lisbeth (front of house) have created a haven for locals and tourists alike. The food is great and they have an excellent (and well priced) wine list. It is always fun to go to Baci!

Four blocks west of "The Square' tucked in the Sonoma Valley Center, Italian born chef, Gaetano Patrinostro uses a combination of the freshest local products and Italian imports to prepare authentic Italian cuisine. His pasta sauces are based on the region of origin, seafood and steaks are cooked to perfection and the desserts are not to be missed. Mamma Tanino's is an off The Square locals favorite and the at home feeling makes out of towners love this place.

I always enjoy going to Mama's because the food is outstanding. Gaitano cooks everything to order. Because of that the service is slow and one usually has to wait, but last night, we went at 5:30 because we were going to a play that started at 7:30, so the service was fast. The pork chop was moist and tender, and the Veal Katrina was divine.

Inspired by Italy’s aperitivo hour, when public squares and streets are filled with lively conversation, Portico serves handmade and authentic Italian fare in Sebastopol in western Sonoma County.

A portico is a colonnade or covered walkway in classical architecture. Since the middle ages the elegant porticos of Bologna, Italy have a meeting place for the public as well as a place for business. Paolo Pedrinazzi (who is from Bologna) and Kat Escamilla, owners of the new Portico trattoria , bring this experience to Sebastopol. They even have monthly Regional dinner parties with live jazz.

The setting includes an Italian fountain on their cozy patio. Portico offers light table service and counter ordering. Excellent Italian wines are sold in the restaurant at retail pricing; refreshingly unpretentious. The menu features an array of antipasti, handmade egg pasta, gluten free risottos, Bolognese lasagna, tiramisu, and baked goods . A market in the front is stocked with take-n-bake entrees

Amazing food especially the tiramisu. Place was a bit loud and the tables are really close together, ok for lunch setting but for dinner maybe not. Services was great and on point.

The ambiance of this magnificent home is a perfect start to your visit. The service is impeccable and the quality of the food can't be matched. We splurged and had two of there desserts. Overall a decadent and enjoyable meal. One of the BEST restaurants in Sonoma County.

The service and the food were impeccable. We had the calamari, two pasta, halibut risotto, and the tiramisu. We shared each dish and loved every bite. Definitely coming again soon. All of the staff were attentive and kind.

Excellent location on Sonoma Town Square with large windows looking on the square. Historical building. Old world charm. Nice atmosphere. Food was excellent. Ample parking.
