We had a lovely night at Sushi Hashiri for Christmas Eve. We've dined here before pandemic and had a memorable experience, and it was great knowing its reopening. Absolutely enjoying everything, from the food, environment, service, and chatting with Chef Ono-san. Thanks for having us and we'll visit again and get the taste of different seasons of food!

One of our favorite spots in Burlingame. The flights change frequently and are always innovated. The staff is fantastic- all are friendly and knowledgeable. We only have have small plates and everything we’ve eaten has been great. We can’t recommend Velvet 48 enough!

We, Hashiri Bettei Kaiseki Aoki, deliver the experience of “kaiseki ryori,” a type of Japanese fine dining which historically developed to be served in the Japanese tea room. The tea room, as a space, symbolizes the home of the Japanese tea ceremony, a simple yet transformative experience offering a pause in time to appreciate the seemingly small experience of sharing tea. Each dish composition and presentation from the bites through the appetizers to the main course is outstanding, the pairing of the fresh ingredients are exceptional. If you want to treat your taste buds beyond the standard good experiences and you consider yourself a gourmand food lover this is the RIGHT place for you. The atmosphere and surroundings in the restaurant is pleasant. The restaurant was quiet even when was almost full. The staff is knowledgeable about their menu items and very very helpful and friendly.
