Su menú se distingue por la frescura de sus alimentos provenientes de tierra y mar, incluyendo el uso de vegetales, aceite de oliva y hierbas, sobre todo la fusión de creatividad y experiencia de recetas griegas de Palazuelos.

En Zatziki, encontrarás una variedad de platillos llenos de elegancia y sabor, servidos en porciones ideales para compartir. Además, en algunas ocasiones el personal lo acompaña en la mesa para terminar de preparar el platillo al momento poniendo el toque final. Great experience! manager explained the meaning of the name, explained there methods of cooking and why and recommended drinks as well. Server was great and gave us his recommendations and would check on us as needed. It was Dia de los Reyes Magos which they had Rosca de Reyes and they let us cut the first slices.

My favorite place in Querétaro for novel Mexican food for 14 years. The care in the preparation technique and the innovative mix of traditional ingredients, along with the seasoning, atmosphere and service are always first class. On this occasion the evening began with some sausage sopes, continued with a shrimp broth, pink mole salmon and brisket tacos; all accompanied by a Monte Xanic Chenin Colombard grape whose fresh acidity, soft attack in the mouth, structure and citrus aromas complemented the dinner very well The surprise of the night was that the responsibility of such a complex cuisine is in the hands of Alejandra, a young 22-year-old chef who is up to the challenge. The best of success for her and the entire Cócono team
