I have eaten at some pretty fantastic spots over the years, but I haven’t found many that I love in Denver. This changed that! What an amazing meal. We did all different tuna dishes- all were phenomenal. Ox tail taco and burrata were unreal. Burrata may be one of the best things I’ve ever eaten. The only thing we didn’t love was the tres leches cake for dessert. It was a bit dry and trying too hard- not a real milky taste, just got raspberry from the topping. Overall, cannot recommend enough!

Great happy hour selection although limited. Wonderful burgers. Don’t expect a lot of Mexican options…there are some but this is not a “Mexican” restaurant but it is very good!

Vegan chicken parmesan is still excellent. Fun vibe, good dining. Keep adding vegan options, and we'll keep coming back. Would love to see a dessert like the incredible vegan pistachio cheesecake that Catch-LA has, with luxardo cherries & coconut sorbet. Nice to see the same great staff & management like Tracy. See you next time.

We have been going to the Rose for years. Fantastic indoor bar area with a retractable roof. Great cocktails and beer selection. Staff is friendly and usually quick. Food is good. It’s mostly bar food, but what else would you want at a bar.

Bao Brewhouse is a multi-concept restaurant, the first floor is known as the Tap Room, in which you will find service via QR codes, WALK-IN'S ONLY, Chinese street food inspired fare and a local rotating draft list.
The second floor is known as our Tea Room, there you will find a more traditional dining experience with a twist. The Tea Room menu and ambiance lend to more curated and intimate affair, with a vast tea selection ranging from herbal to puer, a thoughtfully selected wine list with a tea-centric cocktail program to satisfy even the most adventurous of palates. The Tea room has a DJ every Tuesday, Thursday - Saturday giving the room a not-so-stuffy feeling.

**Please note** Bao Brewhouse holds two separate flights of stairs to enter each of the two dining rooms. The building does NOT have an elevator. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

It was a nice experience. Food was good without being pretentious. Our server was not as attentive as I thought he should have been for the price of the meal. Overall it was a good place for a large party to have a meal and spend time together.
