Harvester Kitchen is a contemporary restaurant with a focus on the time-honored belief of warm, welcoming hospitality. Chef-owned, operated, and focused on innovative American cooking based on classic old-world techniques. Harvester Kitchen by Bryan is located in downtown Sioux Falls (DTSF) on 6th Street, near Phillips Avenue, with sunset views of the iconic Old Courthouse clock tower. The windowed loft-style space is in the historic Harvester Building. The restaurant is a scenic 1/2-mile walk from the impressive Falls Park and the waterfalls of the Big Sioux River. And is a few steps away from the Arc of Dreams, the centerpiece landmark sculpture of the DTSF sculpture walk, spanning the Big Sioux River.

Riccardo was born in Florence, Italy and grew up in Boston, MA. Marybeth, a Sioux Falls native, ventured to the east coast as a nanny and then nursing school in Somerville, MA. The two met, fell in love, and became engaged on Martha’s Vineyard island. Moving back to Sioux Falls in 1999 and working at several area restaurants, they opened R Wine Bar in 2018. As owners of R Wine Bar, Riccardo and Marybeth are passionate about one thing: people. They believe that people don’t care how much you know until they know how much you care. Riccardo and Marybeth welcome you to their 3rd property, Maribella Ristorante. Opening R Wine Bar & Kitchen in 2018, and Vespa Catering and Brix Wine Bar in 2022, they have created a culture of hospitality for guests who feel like family. Riccardo was born in Florence, Italy and moved to Boston when he was 5-years-old. He stayed in the Boston area for college and attended Tufts University. Marybeth, born and raised in Sioux Falls, SD, moved to Boston to be a nanny and went to Somerville School of Nursing. The two met in Medford, MA, dated and became engaged in Oak Bluffs on Martha’s Vineyard in 1996. We had a beautiful evening! I order salmon often, but this was easily the best salmon I had ever had! My husband thought the same. The gnocchi on which the salmon was served was beautifully done, and the cream sauce had just enough spice. The caramelization on the salmon was perfect, and it was thick enough to have been a pork chop! Our server was an absolute delight! My husband had pistachio gelato as a dessert and absolutely loved it !

Excellent food! Steak was perfect! Ambiance is outstanding, i did not realize that deadwood had such a fine dining establishment. Prices were appropriate for the overall high quality food, service and experience. Will return!

We believe in supporting our local artisans and staying connected to our Black Hills community. At a time when the area is growing and expanding, we are striving to keep the flavor of the region alive.

Inspired by the history of this area, both the aesthetics of the building and the diversity of the menu are true to our local roots, something no nation-wide franchise can duplicate. Certainly, there are other steakhouses out there, but none like ours.

From the first design to the actual construction, we have focused on creating a balance between upscale dining and a casual atmosphere-crafting a chic steakhouse where the kids are welcome too.

Always a great time here, ambulance is quiet, staff is friendly and efficient. Food is always top quality, I haven't had a bad meal here yet.

We started with the crab cake. I wasn’t sure how the mango and jalapeño would be incorporated but when the dish arrived I immediately understood. The crab cake was amazing. Even the crab alone was tender and lemony. We each got the 8oz filet w a house salad for me and French onion soup for her. The salad was fresh and tasty but got a bit soggy w Italian, as most do. The French onion soup was fantastic. I’m pretty sure there was a 3ft cheese pull involved. Our steaks were cooked and seasoned to perfection and the mashed potatoes were delectable. The service was amazing. It was a little pricey but the atmosphere, service and food were fantastic. We will be back!

Toby's service was amazing. This is the third time my husband and I have ate at Snitches and we have never been disappointed. The wine selection was perfect. The food was superior. I ordered the petite tenderloin and the mushroom mix, and my husband order the Prime Rib with the mushroom mix. We will definitely be back.
