Join us in our Wednesday through Saturday for our reservation-only five-course tasting menu, featuring a prix fixe meal with curated beverage pairings. The menu changes every five weeks and no course is ever repeated. The regular menu price is $115 per person, and the pairing is $40 per person. On Friday and Saturdays at 6:15 pm, we offer our standard menu, while the 9 pm service is known as Supper Club. Supper Club features an unpublished menu for $115, including beverage pairings.

This is a special restaurant for Boise. It is as much art as dining. The creativity of the dishes, both in terms of their content and presentation is remarkable. So much thought and work must go into each menu… it’s a great experience worth the splurge. Highly recommend it.

I had an incredible experience at Peaceful Belly. The farm-to Fork concept truly shines with seasonal dishes that burst with freshness. The cozy rustic atmosphere just adds to the charm.

The fondue experience begins with a savory cheese fondue prepared tableside, followed by your choice of fresh salad. For the main event, choose from a wide variety of tantalizing meats, seafood, and fresh vegetables, certain to please even the most particular of palates. Then cook them tableside in one of our savory broths or even in traditional oil. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience at the Melting Pot in Boise. We were impressed with the level of service we received, in particular, the manager, Brett recognized there was a large Christmas party near us, and took the initiative to move us to a quieter location, and checked on us throughout the evening. Our server, Ashley, was equally attentive throughout the night and made our experience wonderful!

The menu is not as advertised on the website. It’s very limited on the weekends with few seafood options. But the options they do have are delicious and it’s a great place to take older guests since it’s quiet for the hard of hearing. Hope they stay open for lunch - we were the only ones there!

For a grand dinner experience at reasonable prices, this is the place! Reservations would be a good idea. The food was superb with very reasonable prices. Our server was beyond awesome. The evening manager spoke to us personally and thanked us for choosing Trillium. We will be back!
