Elegant spot in South Boston. We had a reservation for a table but requested to sit at the sushi bar since the available tables were quite close to the door, which had no vestibule to buffer the cold air rushing in. The host graciously allowed us to tuck in at the sushi bar (there's a regular bar too and they seemed to be serving food there for those guests as well). My husband and I shared a fried softshell crab, which was helpfully cut into pieces that allowed easy eating with chopsticks, as well as pork gyoza. For dinner he had sushi and I had shrimp and vegetable tempura. Both came with miso soup, which was comforting on a cold night. The space is "cozy" with tables close together. I use walking sticks but had no trouble navigating the tight space; I'm not sure whether wheelchair users could do so, so ask when reserving if you have a wheelchair user in your party.

About the restaurant
Tucked away down a narrow hallway, No Relation is a nine-seat, secret sushi restaurant nestled within Shore Leave, a tropical experience from the team at Bar Mezzana and Black Lamb. Chef Colin Lynch leads the inventive omakase menu, where Japanese technique and his creative interpretation of a sushi-ya are presented each evening over approximately 14 courses. Join us in a shared intimate experience with a thoughtfully curated menu, served directly by our chefs. A magnetized world map will highlight the areas from which the menus fish is sourced. Luxurious extras, like Black Truffle and Ossetra Caviar, can be added on during your experience. Towards the end of the omakase, you’ll have the opportunity to enjoy extra bites.

About the restaurant
Basho is a Japanese word that is roughly translated as "location" or "a space where activities occur". It could be a family gathering, socializing with friends, or a business event; moreover, it could be the setting for an unforgettable experience. We call this setting "Basho".

Basho is a contemporary Izakaya brasserie where dishes are prepared in two separate areas: the principal kitchen and the sushi bar. Rather than offering individual starters and main courses, Basho serves dishes that are designed for sharing and are brought to the table steadily and continuously throughout the meal.

Your server will be happy to assist you in choosing dishes, such as our Spicy Tuna on Crispy Rice Appetizer, which is highly popular or our specially crafted 1338 Signature Roll. We are also conveniently located within the heart of Fenway. If you're ever in the area for a Red Sox's game, stop by! We are only a 2 minute walk from Fenway Park!

We love FuGaKyu both as an eat-in and delivery experience. Eating there is better - you have the full range of dishes to choose from, including specials, everything is super fresh (very important for sushi), and the setting is very pleasant (even when there are a lot of people). We have always had excellent sushi here, and their maki rolls are creatively inspired. But there are so many other dishes that are really delicious. Their eggplant and eel creations are among our faves. Just look at the ingredients, choose what appeals to you (take a chance on things you may not have tried!), and enjoy. One more thing: ecologically speaking, when you eat there, there is no packaging waste you have to recycle or throw away.

All went good, after eating Wagyu in Japan, I found outrageous to pay 60.00 for 6-7 small pieces for the Wagyu
