This was phenomenal. I was skeptical when booking about the cost ($325/person), but it was exceptional. The service was superb! The food was insanely good. Makes me wonder what a 3 Michelin star Japanese restaurant is like if this is only a 1!!! I felt they were at least a 2 star!

Truly incredible fish, with perfect texture, balanced flavors. Highly recommend the black cod nigiri. The poached cod in broth was maybe a touch sweet. Great vibe. Great night out.

Specializing in aburi, or flamed-seared, sushi, the act of applying flame directly and lightly searing sushi enhances the natural flavours and textures of the seafood.
