Allen's is reminiscent of a New York City saloon from ages past. The tin ceiling, the wood floors and the cozy old bar make it an experience in itself. Yet Allen's also has a fabulous menu that is sure to inspire and delight.

With more than 300 kinds of whisky, more than 100 wines and over 140 beers, it will satisfy your need for liquid refreshment. The food is pub fare improved thanks to the reliance on organic and locally raised meats and careful preparation. Burgers, salads, soups and so much more await those who pay a visit to Allen's.

Staff was great, attentive and accommodating. Food was perfect in taste and portions. For a winters day, it was a little chilly but once it got busy with more customers it got warmer.

The restaurant has made recent changes to its menu. I had the grilled shrimp salad and it was truly memorable and my husband had the new chicken club sandwich which he felt had gone up a notch. A very tasty meal!

Our server was incredible. He explained all about the menu what food where new and what his recommendations were. He checked on us asking if our food was good and if there was anything else we needed. I wish I had gotten his name. He was truly a great server.
