Caesar salad and cocktails were fabulous. The cheese toast is homey and delicious. Steaks were amazing- aggressively seasoned which we like but if you’re not a salt fan you may want to let them know. Finished with crème brûlée I was so full but it was good couldn’t stop! Thank you Bruce and team for the wonderful service!

Returned to Le Villa with a group who had not been there since before the recent closure. We all enjoyed ourselves immensely. Made even more special with our server Monique! Very attentive to all details. Will return.

We had another amazing dinner at Chop. We booked the private area which was missed, but the team was able to accommodate and adjust to still get us in. 10/10 great experience once again

Our décor is warm and modern. The tradition has always been dark wood, leathers and a muted palette for a steakhouse. We broke the mould and decided to add hand-selected music that reflects us! We’re more like Jay Z and less like Sinatra.

We only serve ranch specific Alberta Beef. That means we don’t serve beef from anywhere else on the planet. We know our farmers and ranchers personally and respect the hard work they put in to produce our beef.

We are one of just a handful of steakhouses in Canada that serves, Grass-fed, Grain-fed, Wet-aged, Dry-aged and Wagyu beef 365 days a year. Our beef is always fresh never frozen.

We use a 1800 degree Infrared Grill to cook your steaks. The high heat creates a flavourful crust on the outside of the steak and leaves a juicy centre.

The boys enjoyed their Beef Wellington and us gals enjoyed our steak selections. Service was efficient and everyone was quite pleasant and helpful. A great evening and a great way to celebrate a special occasion.

It was an amazing experience as always. A much needed date night made wonderful by outstanding service and consistently delicious food. We both enjoyed the teriyaki sirloin. The salads were so fresh and the accompaniments were delicious. Thank you for a wonderful evening!

I always enjoy Buchanan’s 100%. They consistently deliver a first class experience. I hadn’t been there for about a year but I had the same exceptional experience as I have for years. One of the best and favourite restaurants of mine. And I loved their seafood rice bowl. Simply delicious.
