   The service was not okay. The server treated the customers like kids. Two teens were on a date. It was special. They were told to "order quickly" - this is not okay! The kids have more money to spend than most of the patrons, yet they were tossed aside. Thanks a lot!

   Food was exceptional for a pretty good value. Service was great as well. However pretty loud when seated outside.

   We’ve been coming to FTL and S3 annually since 2020. We’ve always told everyone that S3 was our favorite restaurant and made a point to go, but I don’t know that this will continue for future trips. Because we’ve always loved it, we decided to book it for Valentine’s Day. Maybe they just can’t handle a holiday. We waited for 20 minutes after our reservation. We booked our reservation before Christmas, and we were placed at a table between multiple large parties and no view. Every straight couple was given a rose and a Valentine’s Day menu at the hostess stand. My husband and I (celebrating our 13 Valentine’s Day together) were not. (Pro tip: if you just aren’t sure who to hand a flower to in a same-sex relationship, just ask. Or put it on the table. Or offer it to both and see who takes it! Our reservation clearly states it was a date.) Our server had a table of ten beside us and made it very clear they were her priority. We were seated 15 minutes before we even got water. We frequently had empty drinks. The steak we ordered came pre sliced, which I thought was very odd. Turns out two slices were 100% fat grissel, making 1/3 of the steak inedible. We also ordered espresso for the end of our meal and specifically asked when ordered for sweetener. The server brought the espresso and no sweetener. By the time she returned with the sweetener several minutes later, the espresso was stone cold (why I made sure to ask up front in the first place). Sucks that we decided to spend a special night someplace that made us feel like they didn’t have the time or care for us.

   We had a wonderful time at S3, as usual. The food was great, our server was pleasant and it was Valentines Day.

   Loved sitting outside. Our server Josh was great! Everything was tasty but sweet. If you are watching your sugar it makes you question the content. Food became cool or lukewarm quickly.

   To kick off our evening, it appeared that the restaurant was short staffed across the board. Especially in the upkeep of the men's restroom where my friend had a slip and fall due to water all over the floor. The manager immediately came to our table to check on my friend and apologized. The server assigned to our table never made it and we ended up with Stephanie. What an amazing person! She was taking care of numerous tables at another section and never left us abandoned, her service was on point. Outside of the mishap in the restroom, the food, ambiance, and service was a pleasurable experience and I'm looking forward to a return visit.

   S3 is our favorite restaurant in Ft. Lauderdale. Every dish that we ordered (Bang Bang Shrimp, Dynamite and Dragon Rolls and Lo Mein) was delicious. The noise level especially inside the restaurant is loud. Service was excellent. It’s our go to place for a delicious meal.
