   Outstanding food and service. I rarely write reviews—restaurant is truly excellent in every way. French-trained chef’s food (as well as the chef himself) is truly the star, from the outstanding foie gras terrine, to the lamb, butter poached halibut, and the chocolate lavender soufflé. A restaurant not to be missed.

   Overall amazing experience. The wagyu steak was one of the best I’ve ever had. Our server was delightful! I’d highly recommend it. Make reservations in advance of your trip if you’re traveling.

   What an amazing and memorable meal! We chose to try Salt while on a mini break at the Ritz Carlton, and what a treat. Truly 5 star food and white glove service. The "small" touches, like the unsalted butter and variety of salts to try, and the just right portion sizes, added to the joy. At the very high price end, this is a special occasion restaurant, and well worth it!

   Are dining experience far exceeded our expectations.! Our server Courtney was beyond amazing - I can only wish everyone can experience dining at Salt- the view - service and food were off the charts!! Can’t wait to come back

    From the smiles at the door to the service at table all WONDERFUL! The floor to ceiling windows, high energy space, but still able to talk, along with expertly prepared food made for a spectacular experience!
