Sarabeths was excellent. The muffin basket had every type of muffin and all were delicious. The eggs Benedict was so tasty and the apple cinnamon granola was so very good. Very attentive service. Hope to be back next time we are in NYC. Also stunning that it snowed on our walk over and Central Park was also covered in snow ❄️

The service was incredibly slow and almost non existent. The food was average or below average. We were here to celebrate birthdays and were very disappointed

An Okay weekday breakfast experience. NO gluten free bread options Our server was not concerned with coffee and cream refills. Disappointing for breakfast service.

Had a delightful experience last night Our table was ready upon arrival Our waitress was friendly and very professional Took advantage of the price fixe menu everyone loved their food !! Looking forward to returning !

Sarabeth’s was packed! Our reservation got us seated immediately by a joyful front of service staff. Food was blah - Pancakes dry, muffins dry, Farmers Omelette was solid. Coffee was best part of meal. Overrated.

Came back here because previously loved food service. Tonight was such a miss I don’t see returning. They were confused or having issues with reservations seating ok. Young blonde lady very welcoming and pleasant and it’s that time of year so no biggie. Sat down table not dressed. Gave order. Water slow to come. Dinner they put in wrong on one person again it happens and the food runner was apologetic. Ok again busy it happens they fixed it but waiter didn’t apologize till way later. I had to get the table the settings from another table as these were never presented even after dinner served. I asked food runner waiter multiple times for water. Finally grabbed manager to bring water. This for me is the killer. Silverware and water are the basics. Everything else I could have said they have off night etc etc but there appeared to be enough staff but no one worked together and no apologies. Grabbed jackets but never given tickets. Desperately need some leadership.

French fries were excellent, pot pie was really good, but service was lacking and they weren’t that busy. Dinner @ 8:30 PM so attention to diners definitely could’ve been better.

Always exceptional service and food. We ordered the Spinach omelet, the lemon ricotta pancakes and the cream cheese and chive scramble which came with a popover! Oh yes, plus an order of crispy bacon! Delicious, every last bite! The coffee was wonderful too and the service was prompt! The reason I keep going back!
