   We love Saranello's. The food is really delicious! The Sunday brunch, though expensive, is well worth it! There is so much food and unlimited mimosas. Our waitress today was wonderful! We have never been disappointed with our meals and our service.

   Food we delicious along with a great ambiance. Our server Mike was attentive and super nice!! Well definitely go again for great food and service .

   Our service was terrible. We received someone else’s dinner and waited probably an hour to get ours. My husband’s food was cold so they recooked it and it came out 20 mins later. They somewhat apologized for many issues and comped us by taking off our fries from the bill. Also, no manager at all to be found.

   The food was very good! The tablebread was authentic. Eggplant Parmesan was so light and tasty! The spaghetti was homemade! From scratch! (it was so remarkable that I had to ask our server) One bit of negative feedback.... Our server took good care of us. However, she was a bit rough around the edges. Almost like a diner waitress. Her personality did not match the restaurant ambiance. Some management coaching perhaps? Overall, a wonderful meal and we will be back. PS They had half-price wine bottles the night we were there which is always nice!

   This was my first time eating in Saranello‘s and I was very pleasantly surprised with the whole experience. The food portions were not large, but enormous! The bread and dipping oil we’re a delicious starter with our wine. My friend and I split a small Caesar salad and we couldn’t even finish it. I chose chicken with lemon and capers for my entrée and she ordered chicken Parmesan. Both were tender and very tasty. Looking forward to going back and trying some of the fresh pastas on the menu. The service was polite and helpful and the ambience pleasantly calm.

   Slow service; good scallop special; lasagna was a gloppy mess on the plate, but good tasting. Very good bread and Caesar salad. Minestrone soup was good but barely a cup given. Very small portion for the price.

    The food was amazing. Unfortunately we felt extremely rushed. No sooner did we order our appetizer, then our salads came along with our entrees. I wish I could give a great review but I fell this is important and something they need to address. Please slow down and let people enjoy their dining experience.
