   Restaurant was a unique intimate design and was decorated very well. Ambiance is excellent and food (while expensive) is very good. Our waitress, Gabby was excellent and her recommendations were spot on. I highly recommend this restaurant but suggest making a reservation because it is very popular and always booked up. Five stars for Gabby, she is a huge asset for this establishment

   The restaurant always has beautiful seasonal decorations which add so much to the overall ambiance. A lovely setting with delicious food and various menu choices to please everyone. Our server was very friendly and personable.

   The decorations was next level, the service was fantastic, the food was delicious and there aren't words to describe the multiple levels of semi private tables located throughout the restaurant! It makes the contemplative mind wonder if the restaurant was built with this amazing plan to create just the right venu for special moments or was it converted by some amazing soul with a passion to leave lasting moments in their patrons minds! Kicking myself for not treating ourselves to this exquisite restaurant sooner. Thank you

   I’ve never seen a restaurant decorated so beautifully for Valentine’s Day. The host was even dressed in a red suit. Cudos to the bartender for amazing drinks. I had the Valentines Sangria and my husband raved about his Manhattan. Ashley, our server was awesome. Dinner (Halibut and Duck) were exceptional. Price for ambiance and menu is well worth it. We will be back!!

   My partner and I have been to Scarborough Fair for Christmas and Valentines Day several times over the years. I must say, this time was a step above any of the others. Apparently, there is a new general manager, and along with him……. A new menu, new appetizers, entrées and cocktail options…….. all of which were elevated in their taste, complexities and presentation. We often dine in NY, and felt as though we WERE in a fine NY restaurant this night. The Christmas and Valentines Day decorations are always spectacular, providing a cozy, romantic ambiance. We had the organic lavender chicken, halibut with risotto, clams casino, caramelized apple flatbread, and a most unique New England clam chowder. None of these dishes disappointed. The Jessie’s Girl cocktail contained ingredients that one wouldn’t think of putting together (fig, watermelon and cherry) yet it worked and was delicious. The same could be said for the sweet potato stuffing on which the chicken was served……. Such a unique combination of ingredients that worked so well together. Finally, let me note that the professionalism, class and attentiveness displayed by the staff was also above par , and also NYC quality.
