   I must say that I was quite disappointed. I had invited a couple of friends for dinner expecting a nice dining experience as I've had in the past. Instead, the food was mediocre. My Prime Rib was served cold and not even the au jus was warm. The mashed potatoes were also rather unpleasant and didn't even come with a pat of butter. No pre-meal bread and who serves a meat dish with no vegetable on the side? On top of all of that, it was extremely LOUD. It was a relief to finally leave. About the only positive was the smoked old fashioned which was delightfully tasty. Do better folks.

   Even tho' we have been there many times because we love their food, this was the first time it took 3 tries for the chef to get my steak done right. It kept coming out more raw than cooked. Luckily our waiter - Julie - was fantastic and made the evening wonderful by the service she provided. We always look for her when we go to the restaurant. She is the best wait staff!

   Lunch Box deal for $22 - choice of 3 soup or salad and choice of 3 entrees. Nice deal for lunch. Great service, tasty food.

   We'd heard good things about Scott's and finally gave it a try. Unfortunately our experience was sort of ridiculous. The kitchen was apparently overwhelmed by a large group and it took a full hour for our entrees to come out. Our server apologized but seemed sort of embaressed by the situation and mostly stayed away while we waited. When the food came, it was a mixed bag. My steak was grilled perfectly but suffered from a lack of seasoning. The atmosphere is fine but could benefit from lower lights. It's pretty bright in there. I'm sure it was just an off night here but when you're spending $40+/entree expectations are higher. They comped our appetizer and a very weak vodka tonic and a manager apologized more than once. Not a huge deal but I doubt we'll be back.

   Usually have great food, but today, 4 in our party said most food was overcooked and rather bland. We'll be back, we can forgive an off night!

    We made reservations for our party of 3 for 5pm on Saturday the 7th, we showed up right about 5pm and waited close to 10 mins for our table which was okay, we were then not greeted by our server for another 10 minutes or more so by the time we got to place our initial order for appetizers and drinks it was close to 5:30, which was disappointing. The service after that was adequate although no apologies were offered for the delay. The most disappointing thing of all was we had to skip dessert due to our time constraints, we were forced to request the check while we were still finishing our entrees to make it to our evening plans by 7:30. I felt we had booked plenty of time and the place was not busy, so I’m not sure why such slow service. Maybe shift change? Either way it’s still disappointing, people make reservations for a reason and the fact is no one seemed concerned about our wait. The food was good and the service was at least friendly but not overly accommodating. It’s been awhile since we’ve been to Scott’s and based on the other restaurants available in the area I doubt we’ll be back.
