The SeaVenture Restaurant located on the beach in California Central Coast wine country, the third floor Restaurant allows you to take in breathtaking sunsets and panoramic beach and ocean views from large picture windows and outdoor decks. Chef Eddie Ruiz contemporary coastal cuisine is inspired by the surrounding local wine country. Our seasonal menu is prepared with locally farmed vegetables, premium pork and beef and the highest quality fish and seafood. All desserts are made in house from scratch.

                                                                          The January menu is not worth the price. The Oscar Rockefeller I could barely find the oysters the main course flat iron steak was tough. I ordered the cheesecake for dessert. Had them box it up when I got home. I got the avocado pudding with coconut and blueberries. Very disappointing. I’ve eaten there several times, but this was not enjoyable.

                                                                          I have Celiac and I’ve always felt so safe and taken care of with my gluten intolerance. We ordered the ahi salad -no wontons, clam chowder and coconut shrimp tacos. Amazing ambiance and sunset views from the patio!

                                                                          Our server was Chris and he was very good and it was very busy tonight. My husband and I both got the January prefix special. We both had the steak his was rare and mine was medium. We had the meat salad, which was absolutely terrific. Our dinners came with potatoes and vegetables. We both had leftovers plus our desserts haven’t tried them yet, but I’m sure they’re great. I cannot believe I’ve never reviewed this restaurant as we’ve been here so many times.

                                                                          My husband said it was the best steak he’s ever had, and he’s had a lot of steak. My son and I had an innovative paella with salmon. It was wonderful. We had the wine flights which were all generous pours. The wait staff were attentive but not overly. We might go back tonight!

                                                                          As always we loved our dinner and experience at sea venture. The menu has been updated. Had the fried chicken and it was fantastic. Two others had the lobster and filet for two. Delish. The halibut was enjoyed by the birthday girl. We started with the Brussel sprouts. Wonderful. Crème brûlée was brought to the birthday girl. We will be back. Zachary it was lovely to see you again.

                                                                          Husband and I ordered filet mignons. Tender but no flavor, tasted bland. We needed to add salt and pepper and even used A1 sauce. I was disappointed since we were looking forward to a good steak dinner and it was my birthday dinner. The view was cloudy and rainy, but unfortunately, no pretty sunset. No fault of the restaurant.

                                                                          Enchanted by Sea Venture. We had a delicious and delightful dinner there and then yummy breakfast the next day. The restaurant provides beautiful ocean views. There was a beautiful Christmas tree on display. The service was amazing! Friendly, funny, and helpful service. The Ahi salad was a great dinner along with the bread and butter (soft and sweet butter!) and calamari appetizer. Ben enjoyed his shrimp Alfredo dish and we loved the Daou rose . Would love to go back next time we are in Pismo. Best time to visit is in the winter IMO :)
