   The lobster bisque was light on the lobster and heavy on the cream and the peanut butter desert had too much sugar; however, the salmon entree was delicious and was a highlight. The service was outstanding. The atmosphere was warm however, it was extremely noisy and conversation was difficult. Overall, a good experience.

   We both enjoyed our meals- split a tasty seasonal salad and the restaurant put it in two dishes which was nice. I got the Chilean Sea Bass with a teriyaki sauce- very tasty. My friend got the filet mignon and loved it. Def would go back! Waitress came by regularly for water refills and to check in on us.

   We went with a group of seven, including my elderly parents. Service was great. We were seated in a private room, which kept the noise level very low and helped with those with hearing aids.

   It was good until the meals came, three out of the 4 arrived and so we all waited, I had a view of the kitchen and saw the 4th come up shorty after but the same meal server just seemed to ignore. 10 mins later my husband had to get up and go ask. All the other meals were cold, no apologies. It’s just frustrating to be fair, it was 4pm and it was not busy. I would not return.

   I am always happy with the food at this Seasons 52 and another I visit in Chestnut Hill, MA. However, I am DONE going there at busy times, because they clearly overbook. I was seated 20 minutes late and at a table, though I had requested a booth when making the reservation. I had a similar experience at Chestnut Hill on Thanksgiving. That was forgivable, but I see a pattern here. I will still consider this chain for lunch, but not for holidays or Saturday evening dinner. Seasons 52 is clearly not set up for people waiting, with a tiny area by the front desk which becomes drafty when people are entering and not being seated. It was an unpleasant delay.
