   Very noisy night. Service okay. Lobster bisque needed salt and pepper. Stuffed mushrooms barely had any crab, shrimp in big chunks, too much parsley, bland

   The food and service was (of course) incredible. Our server Jackie helped us truly enjoy our friends night out

   Food is great here, as is the service. Bathrooms were very dirty, which was disappointing and gross.

   We made a reservation for this meal on a weekday evening a couple weeks ago. We arrived and checked in for our reservation 15 minutes early. I checked in at our reservation time to make sure that they knew our entire party was present. When our reservation time had passed by 10 minutes - we had been standing in a jam packed hallway for 40 minutes, I approached the desk to check on the status of our reservation. I was told that they give parties 90 minutes to eat & they can sit as long as they want after they eat. “We can’t force them out”. All of the tables that accommodate parties of our size were only at the one hour point of their meals & therefore, shrug, we really have no idea when you might sit. A table opened up within 10 minutes - but 30 minutes after our reservation time. Our waitress, Maria, was delightful. The meal was fine. The approach to reservations is garbage. They’re way overbooked all the time. We were obviously not the only ones going through this - this is how they operate & they don’t care if you’re inconvenienced. It’s just not worth the hassle.

   Unfortunately we had a very bad experience. We were hoping to have a celebratory dinner with a 6:00 reservation Upon arrival they told us our table was being prepared …which they told to every other patron coming in but the crowd waiting with reservations just kept building. At 6:30 we inquired and were told we were the next table They then seated another party and we were tired of the rhetoric they were delivering so left. They completely overbooked themselves and the waiting area was very crowded. It was a shame they didn’t plan more appropriately during such a busy season.

   Our server deserves to have her name recognized unfortunately I don’t recall. She was fantastic. All respect from “shrimp and grits”

    This was a birthday lunch for a customer who frequents often with his family. There was a sign on the table that said "Birthday" but nothing was brought out to him, not even a mini dessert.
