   I had a disappointing experience at Seasons 52 due to poor service and mismanagement. The hostess wearing a mask was rude, inattentive, and clearly incompetent. I arrived 10 minutes before my reservation to check in and inform her that my party would be waiting in the vestibule. Despite this, after 15 minutes, I returned only to be told that our table was given away because we “didn’t respond” when called (No one left the hostess stand to ask any of the multiple parties in the vestibule.) No one from the staff bothered to check with the guests waiting nearby. Our server was cordial, but service was slow, cocktails took 25 minutes to arrive, some food items never came and eventually arrived after the meal was over, and three menu items were out of stock (a very poor management issue, not the server’s fault). That said, the drinks were excellent once they arrived. Overall, the experience was subpar at BEST. Very glad I wasn’t celebrating anything.

   We truly had a wonderful experience, our waiter was very friendly & attentive while making sure my wife’s birthday was one to remember. We definitely will be back.

   Food was good. Servers had too many tables, and we couldn’t get adequate service from anyone. Had to keep asking various servers for things. When our server brought back our credit card payment, she put it on the table and just kept walking. Never even said thank you for dining with them.

   The food was great and Meghan was amazing. She made sure the our table was table care of and we never had to ask for anything.

    I got the 8oz filet. It was very good and was at a good price. The service was good and I enjoyed my whole meal.
