   Seito is hands down one of our favorite restaurants in Orlando. The food is incredible but the true gems are the servers Cory & Kate are amazing and the Bao buns.. Jesus H. Christ, the bao buns will make you want to kidnap the chef 🥴 (kidding-ish).

   Tuna Tower was amazing, but that was expected. What was unexpected was the garlic lime edamame which was incredible! Also, truffle miso soup & the fried rice! When the support dishes stand up to the perfect sashimi that’s an experience. Also a real value; exceeds expectations!

   Good food and ambiance although a bit too dark. The place is always very busy, so the staff is always rushing you, which diminishes the experience. Every 5 min you’re asked if you are “still working on it.”

   This place has gone way down hill! Use to be our favorite place…Server never even asked us if we wanted entrees! Embarrassing! 30 min wait just to get a beer! Skip this place and go to Kabooki!

   Seito is always a great time for us and great food! This time in particular we loved our server, Jeremy! Super attentive and fun! We loved everything we had that he recommended. All of the employees here are wonderful! Definitely can’t wait to be back! Which will be sooner than later! :) thanks for giving us a great Galentines!

   The only off putting thing was the hostess sat us at a table in the middle and then proceeded to sit everyone else at a booth, even those we were all 2 seaters. The service was excellent and gave outstanding recommendations. Best old fashioned we’ve had in awhile. Happy hour from 5-6 was nice
