   Soby’s never disappoints, but the quality of their cocktail mixers needs attention. Example, the ginger ale is always flat and weak. Considering the prices they ask you would think the quality would be better. Avoid any mixer than has carbonation. Food and service were great.

   During my recent business trip to town, I decided to treat the group of guys I was with to dinner at a place I’ve enjoyed before. This restaurant has always felt like the perfect spot for a night out, but unfortunately, our experience this time was a bit of a letdown. While the service wasn’t terrible, it definitely didn’t meet the expectations you'd have for a restaurant of this caliber. From the appetizers to the main courses, the food was just okay. I ordered the lamb, prepared medium rare, but it arrived rare—definitely not what I was hoping for. It wasn’t until much later that someone checked on us, and by then, it was too late to address any issues. They kindly comped some desserts as a gesture, but overall, the food just didn’t impress. On the plus side, they were able to accommodate a change to our reservation time quickly upon our arrival. I suspect it was just an off night, but it’s disappointing nonetheless. I’m hoping for a better experience next time I'm in town; I’d love to reclaim that great dining experience I remember!

    We love Soby’s! We drive down at least once a year to experience their cozy upscale ambiance, incredible service, and shrimp and grits! Chloé is an incredible waitress and we are always so excited when we get her! The food is always top notch and consistent. We have loved everything we have tried!
