Solé Restaurant and Wine Bar is situated in a 150 year old Seagram’s building, minutes west of the Waterloo Uptown Core. The interior soars two stories high to a timber frame ceiling, exposed brick and generous wood finishes, set the tone for an elegant yet casual experience.

The menu will transport your palate to a bistro somewhere in Europe. Items ranging from fresh-baked pizzas, pastas, vegetarian entrées, steaks, and seafood will satisfy any appetite. An extensive award winning wine list, great selection of Scotch, local and imported beers on tap complement the experience. Service is professional yet friendly.     Our server Alex was attentive and very knowledgeable about each item on the menu that peaked our interest. Our meal were well proportioned and delicious. Everything was wonderful and they made extra effort for my husband’s birthday.

    First visit, but we will definitely return! Such a beautiful building and atmosphere. Loved the music, food, comfortable booth and the Sangria was the best I have ever had. Fantastic service as well.
