    Kale cesaer was delicious, the Parmesan cheese on it was perfect, the cacio de Pepe was cooked al dente just as I like it! The cream sauce that was lighter than others I’ve tried and it had a lot of flavor. The short rib pasta dish was full of flavor yet not overpowering.

    Everything was excellent. We got the short rib pasta and the ceaser salad with the bread with goat cheese. Donuts were great.

    Sotto never disappoints! The service was exceptional. My husband and I ordered mocktails which were delicious and will be our go-to during our next dining experience at Sotto. The goat cheese, hazelnut honey grilled bread (appetizer) has been a must order during my visits to Sotto and last night I tried for the first time the black kale salad, OMG! For our main course we had the Cacio e Pepe and the tagliatelle with mushrooms which were also phenomenal. Sotto, keep doing what you’re doing and we will continue returning.
