Stables Ranch Grille at Tubac Golf Resort & Spa serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner daily. Stables Ranch Grille is named for its historical significance of being the famed Otero ranch an actual stable back in the day. Our rustic dining rooms reveal the original Spanish cobblestone floor and massive hand-hewn beams. Enjoy American Southwestern cuisine featuring appetizers, salads, sandwiches, pasta, fresh seafood, steaks, chops, and southwestern specialties. Friendly service, fine-casual cuisine, and a comfortable atmosphere combine for a rustic yet upscale dining experience with incredible views of the Santa Rita Mountains. Two dining rooms, two patios, and a large bar provide several areas to dine or relax with a tasty beverage.
You won't want to miss our famous bar complete with saddles for barstools.

Visit a couple times/year. The food is excellent casual. Nice indoor and outdoor ambience. Good margaritas. Ahi tostada app is delicious as is everything.

Outstanding food—filet and the walleye. Service was very good but not above and beyond. We were there for a birthday and no complimentary dessert, which we did not miss. Expensive but not outrageous, good for a special occasion.

My husband and in laws dined at the Stables while we were visiting them over the holidays. What a great spot and our new favorite restaurant in the area. Service was excellent, food was top notch and great value, and lots of drink options. All the salads were excellent and I enjoyed my salmon entree. The environment and setting is also so charming. Definitely recommend and will return.

Had a lovely birthday lunch for dear friend. She raved about the cheesecake (best cheesecake of her life!) and pork schnitzel. My rib eye sandwich was lovely.

Always beautiful outside. I was disappointed that on the reservation it asks if it's a special occasion. I checked Birthday but nothing was said like Happy birthday and no suggestion of a complementary dessert etc.

Wonderful outdoor dining with great food and a wonderful view. Service was friendly but the server seemed inexperienced and we had to prompt them a couple of times. Nothing problematic, just a learning process

Stables is our "go-to" restaurant for special occasions like birthdays and anniversaries. The service is attentive and consistent. Our favorite meal is the bacon wrapped filet mignon.
