   We’ve dined here multiple times in the past for special occasions and this place NEVER disappoints. East Coast Oysters were delicious. My husband and I shared the ribeye there was a little more fat on the steak than we liked but I thought the favor was still amazing. As sides we also had the Brussel Sprouts, au gratin potatoes, and mix mushrooms. The Brussel sprouts and au gratin potatoes were very tasty. However, the mixed mushrooms weren’t cut properly which made them chewy and difficult to eat. We’ve never experienced the mushrooms like that before but I just thought it may have been because of the overwhelming Valentine’s Day weekend hussle and bustle. All and all I still believe this place is my favorite place to celebrate.

   Took at least 20 minutes to seat us for our reservation and I’m sorry but that was by far the worst service I’ve ever had.

   Brian was our waiter and he was a professional and did a fenomenal job. Our food and the overall service was 5 star. We will definitely be back. Thank you Brian for making our dinner experience a memorable one.

   Overall it was good. What kept me from hitting 5 starts is this; one the high school chairs with black covers were very uncomfortable! Wish I sat in the nice rolling cushion chairs. The second thing is; we were charged for a full bottle of wine ($145). When we only ordered 1 cup! [Looking at their website menu; shows its a $12.00 cup! Not $27.00 at which I was charged!] How could a waiter miss that? 1 cup vs 1 bottle?! I have taken a vow to give people the benefit of the doubt; but come on! That is a huge, oversight! I can only imagine if I was NOT driving and paid that much. Not double checking with the waiter. For such a upscale establishment; this; oversight is not acceptable to me. I will not go back. I cant! My mind will always be on - will they mess up yet again?! Wonder; did this happen to others that night?! People look down; oh $600.00 “well its Coronado… and well ok. Also, I asked for medium rare for my Taste Of Waygu - they gave me burnt meat! (See pic) or maybe we have two different definitions of medium rare! My wife ordered; medium well or rather I ordered for her as I know how she likes her food cooked. I asked for medium rare for me. Clear as day. I got back three burnt hockey pucks! Again in turning a new leaf and not to make a scene on valentines day. I went along. I regret tipping, but to avoid a confrontation and well my wife was happy. Which is what matters - I did reluctantly tipped. Food was outstanding! But that oversight is what will keep me from going back.

   Dinner was great. We really enjoyed the bacon steak appetizer, the carrots and steaks. Our waitress was excellent! The seating was a little far from your companion across from you, but close to your unknown neighbor.

   We sat on the bar side. It was lively and happy. The bartenders command the bar and it’s fun. Their support team is even more impressive. We uber’d there and were happy to hear they had their own car service for a ride home. Parking can be tricky. They have taken the stress out of having a beautiful experience. Well done.

   My fiancé and I loved Stake Chophouse. We went for an early Valentine's Day dinner and I think it's a good bang for your buck! Fiancé is vegetarian and our server did his best to recommend and accommodate that. I got a pom mocktail which was fun. We started off with the asparagus and brussel sprouts, my fiancé's favorite part of the meal. He got the vegetarian plate for his main entrée which was good but nothing super special. I got the 8oz filet mignon (served rare+) with a side of scallops. Filet mignon was perfect - every single bite. Scallops were unique and good. Since we were so full we did not get dessert, but they gave us two petit-four-esque espresso chocolate treats that were absolutely ridiculously superb! Server was excellent, mood was great. Only thing was we were set in a quiet part of the restaurant, but we could hear another section/area next to ours that was very loud. It was weird hearing loud noises from just one side, but was not too bad. Very excited to come here again!

    This restaurant was absolutely amazing! We eat at some of Vegas' top restaurants, and this is right up there, perhaps even one of the absolute BEST Restaurants we have visited! The food was absolutely delicious! Our waiter, Brian, and all of the staff were top-notch, professional, and attentive! We highly recommend and cannot wait to return for another amazing experience! Just absolutely AMAZING! Thank you, Stake Chophouse, for a wonderful first-time experience! It was our 36th anniversary. Our table had a card personalized and signed by the staff, as well as champagne and a complimentary delicious cake! We will recommend it to our friends and family and are already looking forward to our next visit!
