   20 minutes before server showed up to table after seating. Server only checked in every 30 minutes. Charged for a drink we never received. Ordered pasta that took 1.5 hours. Server said other table kept him busy and that’s why our service was bad. Server offered me $20 out of his pocket for overcharged drink because it was going to take him too long to adjust the bill. Waters never refilled. Started out with a good table ended up with an awful experience. It was New Year’s Eve so I understood how busy they were but the $20 offer was really weird and never having a full water or drink was annoying for a $250 dinner.

   Being New Years Eve, we were sat on the enclosed patio and waited some 10 minutes for someone to acknowledge that we had not been helped. Service was somewhat slow and they were out of the wine I selected, but suggested I pick another and they would not charge me more than the one selected. Food was great when it arrive and the attention by the waiter improved during service so our evening felt like a typical meal here!

   Be it known my visit was at 5:30 New Year’s Eve, so prices and crowd were not “usual”. The service was actually very good given the level of chaos. The Shrimp Lelli appetizer lived up to its reputation, though temperature was not optimal. House salad was perfect - fresh greens and chilled. I ordered the New York strip which was cooked perfectly and delicious. The quality of my steak was exceptional! The potato and vegetable sides were also great, but again temperature was not optimal. My biggest complaint was the noise level which I attribute to the holiday. All staff, including the valet were pleasant and friendly. I will definitely return for a non-holiday experience!

   I had the surf and turf. It was soooo good and fresh. The staff was superb!! The environment was perfect!

   The most pace was amazing, great atmosphere. The food was good but the service lacked a lot to be desired. I understand it was Christmas Eve but it was lacking. The server was nice and polite but we waited several minutes for drinks, drink refills and other things.

   We were very excited to have dinner here as we e been waiting for a year. Every Christmas Eve we go to a restaurant as a family that we’ve never been too and we were waiting for well over a year to come here as we saved it for a special occasion such as this one. Upon arrival, we were very excited as it met all expectations. Our server, was not fantastic and seemed new or unsure of himself. We ordered the appetizer meatballs and before we had cut into them our soup was arriving. Every course seemed rushed as the soup was escorted from the table after with well over half remaining as the dinner was coming. The dinner, chateaubriand served table side, was very exciting however our waiter couldn’t get it to us, had to stop and reheat it on the way, and it ended up o se cooked from medium to medium well. Everything was a whirlwind and with tip our experience was $575 and wasn’t memorable in a positive manner. The waiter also broke a glass off another table and a chard hit my wife in the shoulder and fell to the floor. We got a person that assist the waiter and he cleaned up the glass chards. I wish this would have been different as we were looking forward to it and it’s our special day each year but it was just very disappointing. The manager seemed very interested and checked on us when our soup arrived but after that it was just down hill but if an appetizer is on the table and not touched the server needs to slow the process as I was just starting to divide for the three of us to eat. I went to talk to the manager but the restaurant was getting very crowded and he was helping a lady in a walker who came in to wait for a table. If felt wrong to complain on Christmas Eve but for the cost, I wish it would have been a better experience than glad sitting my wife and over cooked $180 chateaubriand. Thank you

   i took my girlfriend along with some others, i feel as if we were judged based on our color and that’s the service we received .. our 2nd time being here not sure how im feeling

    Great experience overall. There was a big wedding party, which caused service to be a bit slow and loud ambiance. Had an issue with drinks being weak and they fixed it with no issue. Also, steak was overcooked and they promptly fixed it. We had lasagna, fish, chicken Marsala, penne with meatball, steakhouse gnocchi, filet. All food was very flavorful. I would go again. Server, Fonz was very helpful and courteous.
