   We had high hopes but were really disappointed. I’m sorry to say I can’t recommend. The steak was ok. It was cooked correctly but nothing special. Our server - I don’t know her name as she never introduced herself. The tie- breaker to come to this steakhouse vs the other was their 24 layer chocolate cake. We couldn’t wait to try it. It had no taste. We were so disappointed! I hate to write a negative review but this isn’t worth a visit.

   Waitress was unfriendly and disinterested. Didn’t know anything about wine, didn’t offer to ask colleagues and find out. Spent her energy trying to upsell for more expensive bottle. Blue cheese side and an espresso was forgotten, had to ask about both, no apology or explanation was given. At the end of the evening she complained twice, aggressively, that the tip was too small and did not reflect the service that was given. Based on this experience I will not return or recommend Strip House. Particularly disappointing as I am a repeat customer.

   Excellent food and be sure to go early and ask the bartender for the sliced strip appetizer. It’s incredible but not on the menu.

   The store is too noisy and there is no private place. It's so crowded that the server can't concentrate on our table

   Our family attended The Strip House for my birthday dinner. They had a hand-written card on the table which was such a nice surprise. Our server was delightful, welcoming and made us feel very welcome. Our steaks were cooked perfectly, our sides although small were delicious and our baked Alaska was very yummy. The ambiance was upbeat, and I liked the whole vibe of the restaurant. It was pricey but perfect for a birthday dinner.

    Drinks were good . Service was good. The Tomahawk Steak for 2 was over cooked and tough. Which kind of defeated the reason for going to a steakhouse…
