    Too pricey. Of course I expected to pay over $100 for for two people, but $180 was too pricey compared to Sullivan’s, French Market Bistro, and other local fine dining steak houses. If makes me question returning when I can get the same for less.

    I always enjoy going to Stroubes. I had dinner with my daughter, her husband, and my grand baby. The service was great and the food was on point.

    Our table of 6 all had steaks and they were cooked perfectly and were tasty! A great Christmas Eve family meal.

    After being seated and our drink order taken we sat for over 30 minutes without our server showing back up. We finally had to ask the hostess to find and send our server back to our table as we had been ready to place our dinner order. Food was good, but WAY overpriced.

    Food was great as always! The lamb chop lollipops are delicious! Bar was backed up but Des still took great care of us!

    We almost left because it was busy and we didn't get waited on in 10 minutes and then out of the blue one of the best servers on the planet emerged to take care of us: Stephanie is fabulous so ask for her if you ever visit here. The Wagyu steak was over the top excellent (be prepared to pay $70) Just a good old fashioned steak house downtown, close to convention center, concerts and clubs. If you like fine dining this is the place! They also have small bites and great appetizers if you have a smaller appetite.
