Sushi Blue offers an eclectic, contemporary atmosphere with an inventive range of cuisines. Enjoy a relaxing group meal at our traditional tatami tables, or grab a seat at our beautiful sushi bar complete with flat screens. Offering the best sushi in Park City, with an unbeatable location.

As with every one of our Bill White restaurants (Grappa, Chimayo, Wahso, Windy Ridge, Ghidotti’s, Billy Blanco's), Sushi Blue is, first and foremost, eye candy. In the main dining room, there is elevated tatami seating for the adventurous, along with regular tables in the main dining area. To the rear of the restaurant is a lounge/bar area and sushi bar.

The eclectic, pan-Asian menu runs the gamut from sushi and sashimi to Korean street tacos, Thai beef salad, bánh mi sandwiches, American burgers. If you’re eating sushi, be sure to ask about our nightly specials!

Our patio seating is handled on a first come first serve basis.

Reunited with some dear Friends and the truly exceptional server, great food and ambiance made for a perfect evening. If we lived locally we would enjoy this restaurant often.

First time eating at Sushi Blue. The food and service was great. We had the Beef Thai Salad and the Tuna Turner roll. Both were very tasty.
