Located in the former Macy’s building in the heart of downtown Atlanta at the iconic 200 Peachtree St. address, Sweet Georgia’s Juke Joint brings to the city a place to relax while enjoying live entertainment and exceptional cuisine. A per person entertainment fee will be applied to your bill, this does not apply on Sunday's. Historically, juke joints originated in the rural outskirts of many southern towns to give African American communities a place to kick back and unwind after a long week of work.     Had a reservation and had two additional guests join. It took over 20 min to be seated even tho the place only had four or five tables. Service was slow.

    I went for a dinner with my my daughters to celebrate my birthday! I was wished a “Happy Birthday” upon arrival by the host. The service was great. We arrived at 5:30pm. I was unaware that live music started after 7pm so I missed that part. I did enjoy the selection music videos that played during our dinner. The food was pretty good. I will try to go back to enjoy the live music another time.

    Our waitress Ty was exceptional! Very attentive to our needs and looks for the opportunity to go above and beyond providing service. Just a pleasure to interact with! She asked the performer to sing a Happy Birthday segment for my wife whi h was a pleasant surprise and the right touch to our experience.

    This was a fun and lively place. The server was great and the singer also did a really good job. The food was not great. None of us enjoyed our food. Maybe we will go back just for drinks and vibes.

    Really enjoyed the entertainment and ambiance. The food was hot and flavorful, but it did take a long time to get appetizers and food. We had finished our beverages before our appetizers arrived and then still had to wait a while for entrees. But still enjoyed the experience.

    It’ was an amazing experience, the hostess were very accommodating and welcoming with their beautiful smiles. We were seated promptly and our order was delivered quickly, the food was amazing and the entertainment was phenomenal. Definitively highly recommend!

    We had a reservation for 5:30. Were told about the cover charge after 7. We were seated immediately. Server came and took drink and app order. Drinks came ordered our dinner. Apps came, an hour later our meals never arrived. Server blamed it on a chicken thigh order. Finally said to pack it to go. Didn’t offer a discount, the food was not even warm. And the order was incomplete. Very disappointed

    Am in Atlanta from Sydney Australia for five days. Chose Sweet Georgia’s for dinner. Such a good choice. My server Tony ensured I was well looked after. Had the chicken and waffles .. delicious. With Brussel sprouts and potatoes it was a lot of food but really well prepared. With a bourbon in hand and great music the night was very enjoyable. Thank you.
