It was a lovely experience. Bryen, our server, was attentive and conversed with us. The food was delicious and the noise level was perfect for our business dinner. If you go, you must have the Chesapeake Crab Soup, the best I have ever tasted.

Very casual, jazz music was nice, menu had some good offerings, but limited, would like to have sit in the bar area vs the dining room but we still managed to have a good evening.

Service was outstanding! Everyone was very friendly, and Jessica, our waitress, was exceptional. She was attentive and quite helpful in the suggestions she made for dinner. The music played by Travis Colby was wonderful and helped to make our evening quite enjoyable. This is definitely my new favorite restaurant.

When we arrived, we asked for valet service and ended up parking around vehicle, which we thought was very strange upon entering. The hostess wasn’t very friendly and it took a very long time to get seated when we had a reservation the lighting I think could use some work. It was very poor lighting. Food and waitress were amazing! Couldn’t have asked for a better waitress, her name was Jessica. We absolutely loved how helpful she was. It was our first time and she went above and beyond. The food was excellent quality and hot.

There seemed to be an ignorance/inability to flex- couldn’t adjust temperature of restaurant, couldn’t offer a side salad of mixed greens, couldn’t let us sit by the fireplace for dessert (“those seats are reserved” ) but we then went and sat at the bar and no one sat in the chairs by the fireplace. Too bad.

Enjoyed several cocktails and beer before dinner. We shared the pork belly, Caesar salad and shrimp and grits. We really liked the shrimp and grits.

Wasn’t expecting much but very delighted at the food and service. The fried catfish breading was delicious as were the varied cocktails. Chris was a great waitress!

This restaurant has reasonable food and very good wait staff. What it needs is a makeover, fresh coat of paint and new furniture. It desperately needs a refresh.
