   Favourite drink: Habibi (delish), favouritr main: Argula Halum topped with toast chicken. Ambience always electric and cozy. Staff amazing and friendly. Guests and staff always seems so hapopy to be there.

   A charming and inviting place with a warm atmosphere. The food was enjoyable, although the lamb could have used some more flavour. The portions were impressively large.

   Tabule on Queen East is always outstanding and our dinner last night was no exception! It was my birthday and seven of us gathered to celebrate. From the moment we arrived, when our marvelous server Jose offered me a complimentary birthday prosecco, to the last morsel of delicious baklava, it was a wonderful experience. We love the look and feel of the room, the staff is friendly and supremely good at their jobs, and the food is just so tasty. We had the Arnabeet (flash-fried cauliflower with tahini) to start and my husband and I shared the Kefta main dish, supplementing it with a skewer of chicken and a skewer of salmon; the latter was especially succulent. The room was lively, active and fun and a good time was had by all. 10 out of 10!

   We both had the Fatoush Salad, and the tomatoes used were those terrible industrial winter tomatoes, and they weren’t even ripe. I had to put three large pieces aside as they were rock hard. That combined with underwhelming seasoning made this course very disappointing. Followed by the lamb/beef burger which was somewhat overcooked and accompanied by the most boring, limp French fries I’ve had in a while. The server was good, and offered to take $8 dollars off the bill for the salad, but then my friend, who was treating me to a birthday lunch, was given the wrong bill and overpaid by over $20. He realised this shortly after we left the restaurant , so we went back and after 10 minutes of the manager dithering over the “new system”, we finally got the original bill - without the $8 taken off (although the lower priced coffee was not charged). By then we had had enough and so friend paid and we escaped, with no apology for the food or the considerable inconvenience. I came to this restaurant a few years back and wasn’t all that impressed by the food quality and value then. I thought I’d give them a second chance, as I am a Leslieville resident. Conclusion? I won’t be coming back!

   Lovely ambience, great food and service...well priced. The only negative comment I have is that we had hoped for brunch on Sunday at 12:30pm and it was only the lunch menu. Apparently brunch is only served on the weekdays.

    We have eaten here many times, both in the restaurant and, in the summer, on the gorgeous back patio. The service is always impeccable, seamless, attentive. The food is consistently amazing. Our most recent dinner was with a group of friends, a table of 7 in total. There were a couple of food restrictions that they handled with grace, never making us feel awkward. We can’t say enough good things about this gem in our neighborhood.
