Join us at Tavern on the Square for our New Years Eve Party. Live music from 3:45pm-6:45pm with Andy Cyphert and 8pm-11pm with Tim and Taylor + Band. Complimentary champagne toast at 10pm and 12am, with non-alcoholic options available. Kitchen will be open until 10pm and our bar will be open until 12:30am. Come celebrate the New Year with us!

The restaurant had no record of our reservation. We had received a confirmation email and a second "are you still coming " email. I do not get emails on my phone, so I had no way to prove I had a reservation. We left the restaurant, after they suggested that we sit in the bar area where there was a loud band playing- poor atmosphere. Very disappointed.

Jade was our server and was wonderful. Four of us and each had a different salad/entree. Portions were large, took half of our salads home. Great wine selection and cocktails. Nice setting.

Two Experiences 1) Planned on watching the Women's World Cup game at the Tavern. Called ahead to make sure they would have the game, which they confirmed. When we arrived very unorganized seating inside. They actually were not able to show the game, because they do not have fox. Treated very rudely by the staff and left to watch game at another location. 2) a few nights later, wanted to sit outside with a nice view of the mountains. Experience was much better, seems they focus on the outdoor/patio diners more than they do the inside diners. Food was good, but still probably don't have enough staff for the entire location.

Jacob, our server, was very attentive and knowledgeable. He checked on us many times and immediately brought us anything we asked for. Menu is good for non-meat eaters and they even have a vegan/vegetarian menu which is hard to find in Vail!
