Terracotta Wine Bistro is a global infused food restaurant under new ownership, located in the historic district of downtown Santa Fe, New Mexico, in a charming 19th century adobe building near the Georgia O’Keeffe Museum and the Downtown Plaza. Our unique Santa Fe restaurant features globally-inspired food, utilizing local and regional foods and wines. At Terracotta we pride ourselves on using high quality ingredients, in creative combinations that change seasonally. The ambiance is inviting, bohemian, informal, up-beat, and just plain fun- great for intimate or large gatherings.

                                                There was only one waiter/server/ bartender who did his best. However, one person cannot keep up with the whole restaurant. Service was therefore slow…but the food was delicious!

                                                This was an excellent choice for a romantic anniversary dinner. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout the evening. The rhythmic sounds of a live guitarist played in the background to further enhance the evening. The choices of appetizer, entree, and dessert were unique, making it hard to choose between them all. The Lamb Tagine was excellent, and the Moroccan-inspired flavors were perfect.

                                                Our dining experience was beyond our highest expectations. The food was amazing, presentation beautiful and service exceptional. Terracotta Wine Bistro is now on the top of our list for fine dining in Santa Fe. Just go you will be delighted.

                                                Had a very nice dinner; would definitely go back. Having read recent reviews before I went, here’s some clarification: it is cozy and warm (there were comments about no heat; that’s been resolved). The restaurant is comprised of 3-4 small rooms, each with 3-6 tables, so has a cozy feel. The food was very good and the wine selection is good. My wife liked her cosmo. The tiramisu was excellent. The service was friendly and thorough.

                                                A beautiful place and very good food and extraordinary presentation . Like most restaurants in Santa Fe the menu is a bit uninspired , but the creative presentation and the atmosphere more than make up for this .

                                                Service was a bit stiff and our waiter was clueless about the wines. If you’re going to have ‘Wine Bistro’ in the name of your restaurant it would be a good idea to give the staff enough information to answer basic questions.

                                                Our dinner was delicious. We had a Christmas prefix dinner and the choices were outstanding. Something for everyone. The restaurant itself is charming. Warm and cozy. We liked it so much we booked another reservation that night.

                                                We were pleasantly surprised to find out that Terra Cotta has new owners. The food is more upscale now and creatively presented. The staff were very friendly and attentive.

                                                An amazing dining experience! The intimate and cozy ambiance of this restaurant makes it the perfect spot for a relaxed and memorable evening. The squash blossoms were an absolute standout—crispy, flavorful, full of dairy softness and a must-try. The prosciutto salad was a favorite too. We loved the canard with lavender honey glaze and the savory beef tenderloin entree. Very affordable by the bottle pricing too. Highly recommend for anyone looking for exceptional food in a warm, welcoming setting. There is heart in their dishes and service - try the newly improved Terracotta!
