   The pros: The food freshness, flavors and choices are great. Lots of options for different dietary needs and food is basically unlimited. The cons: I think it is an expensive meal for the average eater who will be full after one trip through the buffet and a few choices of meat delivered. Dessert is not included in the price. The ambiance is crowded and very noisy.

   We have been going to Texas de Brazil for years and noted a decline in quality and service. Last night it was back to the way it was years ago. The service was top notch. The food was high quality with excellent seasoning and cooking. Looking forward to going back again.

   We have gone to Texas De Brazil for years and we love it! Best salad bar of all of the big Brazilian steakhouses! We love their meat but the last couple times we have been there, we noticed the meat hasn’t been as good. Also, I can never use a coupon that I earn if I use gift cards. This is really disappointing considering the price is almost $60 a person and they couldn’t honor it for our anniversary. The server was sweet but she kept forgetting to bring things. We went last night and I could barely get through a whole piece of meat. They were either dry or grisly and I was sad to spend the gift cards for our celebration. Maybe we will have to try Fogo again. Super disappointed about the whole experience.

   Everything was good, but the Waiter was unfriendly. He was friendly at the beginning, but at the end he was unfriendly and he looked mad at my table. I don’t know what happened, but it’s a 5 stars restaurant and its waiter wasn’t sincere at all

   We were very excited to try this place, but had a terrible experience. We waited for 20 minutes despite having a reservation, was sat next to an open door ( it was below freezing outside), service was terrible and impolite, was charged for regular water that the server just brought over, wasn't allowed to use coupon we received for signing up for their email list, and the food was overpriced and tasted bland. Maybe they were just having a bad night, but after this just cannot recommend this place.

   Our server was amazing. I think her name was Sophie. The meat guys were amazing as well! Everyone made sure the food kept coming. If we had a meat request, they made sure we got them.

   The food is always predictable and fantastic. The buffet section contains shrimp, lobster bisque and salmon for the seafood lovers, along with all sorts of veggies, cheese and salads. (Try the green stiuff--it's delicious!) The meats are all wonderful. They now serve fries as well as mashed potatoes to every table, but the au gratins on the buffet are the best in my opinion. There's a new menu item - jalapeno poppers - that didnt thrill us. There were two of us, we each got one. Mine was bland and flavorless, my husband's was too hot to eat. I would suggest approaching those with caution. It was extremely crowded, and the staff did a great job managing the crowd. We didnt have to wait for our table, and we were taken care of appropriately for an upper class place. I wouldn't plan to go without a reservation, though. The biggest issue was not with the restaurant itself, it was Northfield's negligence. There was significant snowfall, and there was no attempt to clear the sidewalks in the entire area. No ice melt, sand--nothing. It was slick and little frightening for seniors to get to the door. I did mention it to management, but they weren't able to do anything. I would seriously avoid all of Northfield in a snowstorm if you are not comfortable walking on ice.

    Very good service and the restaurant environment was very nice. However the noise level was a lot to take.
