It was my daughter’s 13th birthday, the birthday was mentioned in the reservations and was printed on the checking ticket. NOTHING was done or mentioned by the server, so we ordered a piece of cheese cake and sang happy birthday to here! We asked for a certain cut of meat which we never received, and the French fries arrived after we finished our meal.

The manager was very unaccommodating and lacked courtesy while trying to explain why a “complementary” anniversary dessert could not be given because of my military discount. I waited for over 20 minutes to get the check adjusted because of the confusion over military (hero) discount being considered as a “coupon”, the same as the complementary dessert for my wedding anniversary. I was not offered any adjustments for the delay.

Despite making a reservation, we had to wait about 20 minutes to get our table. That being said, it was a Saturday night.. The restrooms are made for one person to use at a time. The men's restroom was an absolute mess. It gave me the impression that it's not regularly maintained. I normally order water when dining. This time, there was lint and some other substance in the water that resembled oil. My wife and I ordered lemonade after seeing that. With all of that being said, our waitress was great!

The food is excellent and wonderfully prepared. The salad bar is fresh and bountiful. The meats were generally delicious and cooked to perfect temperatures. A couple offerings were less than ideal (a gristly picanha and dry pork), but a variety of other cuts were perfect. Our server was wonderful as well. He was both knowledgeable and friendly, and carried out his tasks professionally.

This is my second time coming I came for my friend’s birthday and I’m so grateful for the experience and the people that continued to ask if we were ok and how everything was. The food is excellent the servers are excellent even if they don’t speak English well they very polite. I love this real and would come here every single time. You guys rock
