   My husband and l went for dinner on Valentine’s Day. We enjoyed the delicious salad bar, shrimp pasta and wonderful cheeses. The different meats served table side was so tender and flavorful. We throughly enjoyed ourselves. It was a great experience. Jacob was an excellent waiter.

   Our dinner began with Diego. Having been to Texas de Brazil many times and having had variety of servers, Diego did not impress. “I just got another table..it will take me a bit of time to get your drink refill or bring you sauces (asked for barbecue sauce for both diners and was brought one small ramekin), etc.” He left before the end of the meal and young lady introduced herself as replacing Diego and she was a delight (I cannot recall her name). The food itself was outstanding as always. I have requested that Daniel (Danny) be added to my profile as my server of choice when I dine at your establishment. Daniel even came by our table and greeted us on Valentine’s Day. He checked on us even though we were not in his section for the evening. He is truly a fantastic example of customer service and projects a positive attitude and desire to be there for his customers.

   I know it's not particularly inexpensive, but if you're craving meat - this is the place for you. The waiters just kept on coming with those skewers and the meat was delicious. Loved the salad bar too with smoked salmon, manchego cheese, and plenty of greens - along with a really good lobster bisque. I'll be back!

   The food wasn’t as good as it has been before and my desserts I ordered and got packaged for Togo… were wrong when I got home.
