Our experience at Texas de Brazil was awful, and we won’t be returning. Even with a reservation, we waited 15 minutes to be seated after showing up just a couple of minutes late. From there, the service was terrible. Our waiter barely checked on us, and we waited over 45 minutes for any new meats to come to the table. When the meat finally arrived, it was overcooked, dry, and tough—completely unenjoyable. Even the bread, though warm, tasted stale. To make things worse, another waiter kept coming by every 10 minutes, asking if we were still working on our food, even though it had barely been served. After waiting that long for food that wasn’t even edible, we had enough. We paid the bill and left. The experience was frustrating and disappointing, and the food wasn’t worth the wait or the price.

Knives were very dull, and I feel you needs to enforce a little bit better of a dress code. People were in sweatpants, sneakers, and tshirts. Overall everything was good though.

This restaurant was fine. We have dined at a few different Brazilian Steakhouses, and compared this restaurant accordingly. This restaurant was incredibly loud and busy. The service, both for meats and regular table service, was notably slower than other locations we’ve dined at. The meats all tasted fine. Their market table/salad bar was the best part of the meal. I wish they offered more sauce options for the meats.

Service has been better. Our waitress was pleasant but the server’s stink! Mostly because they don’t understand English very well.

We went here to celebrate our anniversary and left after 20 minutes. The service was horrible, the food was not worth $60 a person. We’ve had better experiences at little diners and cheaper restaurants than this. Extremely disappointed for the money this place charges.
