I had to approach the hostess and inform her of my reservation. I was slightly perplexed because there were three hostesses, and neither of them made eye contact with me, so I was uncertain if they had heard me. Once the table was ready, the hostess said to follow me, but she never waited to see if I was actually following her. In fact, I was attempting to let her know that my husband had gone to the restroom, and we could wait for him, but she continued walking. We were seated on the side of the passing aisle, which was quite busy. The waiters who brought the food did not acknowledge us most of the time; I had to wave them down most of the time, even though my coster was on the green side.

Great for families, couples and large groups. The Gouchos take great pride in serving and take notice on your table's preferences. The Manager checking on each table is always a nice touch and one that doesn't happen often. Well done!

The service was excellent. Not only our server, but other members of staff and management came by to make sure all was well and to see if there was a something in particular that we wanted more of. We will be back. For the last few years we have purchased the frequent diners card, which we believe pays for itself. The only disappointment is that in previous years the card could be used for Sunday Dinner as well as Monday- Thursday. That gave us a better chance to dine with Family and use that discount. this year it only covers Monday - Thursday.
