First and great experience, was glad I chose the patio with it being Christmas day. It was very busy and the patio experience gave us a little bit quieter of an atmosphere. Everyone was friendly, smiling and interacted as walking by.

In all fairness to this location it must be said we came here on Christmas Day. Simply said, it was a made house. Our server was great, but meats were not their usual quality.

I had heard amazing things about this place and when the opportunity arose to be able to actually get a reservation on Christmas Day with a regular price menu, we jumped at the chance! Everything is true - endless hunks of a dozen or more meats - steak filet, sirloin, roast beef, leg and lamb chop, chicken Parmesan, sausage on and on ! We definitely got our monies worth and then some ! Additionally there is a lovely salad bar and hot bar with soup and mushrooms in gravy that is the perfect accompaniment to the steak ! Also mashed and fries and cheese buns are bought to your table ! For an additional charge there are several generous size portions of delicious desserts to choose from - that is if you happen to miraculously still have room ! Coffee cappuccino and latte are also available! Their wine and cocktail offerings are also excellent! I would recommend you go at least once bc it’s a unique dning experience but make sure you go hungry bc it’s a lot of great food and you want to sample as much as you can ! Emily waited on us and was charming ! I definitely recommend it if you love meat prepared to perfection !

Bad experience. All the meat was overcooked, said everything was medium rare, it was all well done. Most of it wasn’t even hot, place was so packed you could hardly walk to the salad bar. Floor was extra slippery, spilled drinks everywhere. Nobody seemed to care about the quality, just going through the motions

The food was overpriced for tasteless meat on a stick, and the salad bar was not worth the cost given what was offered. The entire experience felt chaotic and disorganized. It was my first and last time dining there.

Everything was great as usual at this restaurant in other locations as well besides the manager looking guy dressed in black at the entrance. He totally ignored us standing right in front of him for at least 5 minutes; when I said that our reservation was for outdoor seating he said “the outside is closed” and went on with whatever else he was doing; not in the least apologetic and never a crack of a smile. We did end up sitting outside, the food and service were wonderful as always, but he could have been a tad more welcoming even though it was busy - everyone else managed to be.
