Make it a day to remember. From birthdays and anniversaries to professional milestones, we aim to make every gathering special at The Capital Grille. Open seven days a week, The Capital Grille is best known for our expertly prepared steaks, which are dry aged in house for 18 to 24 days and then hand-cut by our restaurant's on-premise butcher. The Capital Grille's wine list features more than 350 selections, and its floor-to-ceiling wine kiosk regularly houses 3,500 - 5,000 bottles. Reservations are recommended but not required.     Food, wine and ambience were great. Tried their wage and wine special and it was definitely the best burger I have ever eaten. Delicious!!

    This was a wonderful birthday celebration and a fantastic dining experience! Our waitress Diane was professional, kind, and overall great! The drinks and food were perfect from beginning to end, and the birthday treats were so special and appreciated. Everything was exceptional!

    I ordered a 22oz rib eye (bone in) medium rare. The steak was 3/8 thick and medium well. It did not appear to be 22 oz. My wife ordered a 10 oz. filet mignon and it was great.

    Our waiter Paul was fantastic. The food was out of this world, and the drinks were mixed perfectly. Highly recommend the seafood tower app. We dine here for all our big events and it continues to get better every time.
